This digital platform eliminates the hassle of lost documents by keeping all necessary information readily accessible on your phone. Additionally, users can set reminders to stay organized.

The security and privacy of your data are ensured through encryption and storage in Canada under the supervision of Dr. Elaine Chin, the Medical Director of Executive Health Centre in Toronto.

Key Features:

1. Upload records of your COVID-19 vaccination, including details of both doses, by either capturing a photo of the document or manually entering information such as dates, locations, vaccine type, brand, and LOT numbers.
2. Receive a reminder before the due date for your second dose, 21 days after the first shot.
3. Document any symptoms or side effects you may experience post-vaccination.

Antibody Testing:

• Opt for periodic reminders to undergo COVID-19 antibody testing at months 3 and 6+ following your second vaccine dose to determine antibody development.
• Choose to obtain a testing requisition from Dr. Elaine Chin's practice for laboratory testing or self-administered blood spot testing at a fee. Test results will be securely sent to Dr. Chin's Electronic Medical Records compliant with PIPEDA regulations.

While the presence of antibodies does not guarantee immunity to COVID-19, it signals a positive response to vaccination. Regular testing can help monitor antibody levels over time and assess their persistence in your system.
